A RESEARCHER FROM OUR FACULTY DISCUSSES PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITALISM IN HEALTH INSTITUTIONS

A public discussion took place in the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Administration and Economics, the UOK. The discussion belonged to the Higher Diploma student Ammar Hassan Kareem who majors in Hospital Management. His research was about the psychological capitalism in health institutions and its reflection on achieving a sound career. It is an analytical study on the views of a sample of workers at governmental hospitals in Nasiriyah province. The researcher clarified that the study included both practical and theoretical data. The practical side dealt with the distribution of questionnaires to a group of medical personnel at governmental hospitals in Nasiriyah province, as well as collecting the questionnaires and statistically analyzing them by computer. While the theoretical side mainly focused on analyzing the results and comparing them with the default results, as well as the process of writing the research.
