Article 1: The student is committed to the following:
First – Compliance with the laws, regulations, internal regulations, instructions and orders issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its institutions (university, authority, college, institute).
Secondly – Not to harm religious beliefs, national unity, or nationalist feelings, or intentionally incite sectarian, ethnic, or religious strife, in deed or in word.
Third: Not to harm the reputation of the Ministry or its institutions by word or deed inside or outside it.
Fourth – Avoid everything that is inconsistent with university behavior, such as high discipline, respect for the administration, faculty and staff, and collegial relations and cooperation between students.
Fifth: Disciplined and upright behavior, which will have a positive impact upon appointment and nomination for scholarships and fellowships.
