Its aim is to train specialized tourism professionals to contribute to the management of the public and private tourism sectors. The department awards a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management and seeks to introduce postgraduate studies in the near future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Vision:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">We aspire to be a leading academic department that contributes positively to the field of tourism management and meets the demands of the job market by cultivating skills and creative abilities and refining students&#8217; talents in sustainable tourism management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Mission: <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Department of Tourism Management strives to provide a high-quality educational environment that focuses on developing students&#8217; skills and knowledge in the field of tourism management. This fosters a desire for innovation and entrepreneurship in the tourism sector and keeps pace with job market developments to achieve sustainability in tourism.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Department Objectives:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Department of Tourism Management aims to prepare graduates to succeed in the evolving tourism business environment. This is achieved through the following key objectives: Regularly developing the Tourism Management curriculum to ensure it keeps pace with the latest developments in the field and the demands of the job market. Increasing the number of faculty members with advanced degrees in tourism. Encouraging Tourism Management students to participate in scientific research activities by providing them with research opportunities. Organizing workshops and seminars on artificial intelligence and sustainability to develop students&#8217; skills in this area. Establishing partnerships with institutions and companies in the private tourism sector to provide practical training opportunities for students. Organizing conferences and scientific events to enhance knowledge exchange between the Department of Tourism Management and other academic institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Department Tasks:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1- Preparing students for careers where the tourism sector is a central and supportive driver of development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">2- Enabling students to acquire diverse knowledge in academic disciplines and programs that align with the requirements of the tourism job market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">3- Contributing to supplying the local tourism job market with a sufficient number of bachelor&#8217;s degree holders to meet its needs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">4. To promote a culture of sound ethical conduct in teaching, education, and scientific research.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">5. To encourage continuing education for employees in all community institutions, especially tourism institutions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">6.
