The College of Administration and Economics holds a scientific symposium on anti-corruption of administration and financial strategies

Sponsored by the President of the university of kufa, Professor Dr. Yasir Lafta Hassoun, and under the supervision of Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Haider Al-Jubouri, and within the national integrity week activities, the Faculty of Administration and Economics at the University of Kufa held a scientific symposium entitled (Strategies to combat administrative and financial corruption and their economic and social implications ). The symposium aimed at identify the phenomena of administrative and financial corruption, their causes and effects on economically, legally as well as politically. The symposium included a lecture delivered by Dr. Abbas Mizal Mushraf in which he discussed on the scourge of administrative and financial corruption and the most important challenges facing societies and governmental and non-governmental organizations in different regions and administrative levels. The symposium concluded the nessissty to use a kind of strategies to get rid of corruption in general, such as financial and political reforms, transparency of dealing clearly without hiding anything, good governance, controlling administrative, financial and legal as well as electronic system and dealing with the phenomenon of corruption that leaves negative effects on the value system of society.
