A Faculty Member from the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Kufa Appointed to the Scientific Committee and Selected as a Keynote Speaker at an International Conference in Indonesia

The organizing committee of the 6th Global Conference on Entrepreneurship and Economics in an Era of Uncertainty (EEEU26) has announced the selection of Professor Aqeel Hamza Habib, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Kufa, as a member of the conference’s Scientific Committee and a Keynote Speaker at the event, which will be held on Bali Island, Indonesia, from September 23–25, 2026.

The conference is considered one of the leading international academic forums specializing in entrepreneurship and economics. It is organized in collaboration with several international universities and scientific institutions and attracts distinguished researchers and experts from around the world to discuss economic and entrepreneurial issues and challenges amid rapidly changing global conditions.

This year’s conference is being held under the theme “Entrepreneurship Across Borders: Technology, Tourism, and Social Change.” The event highlights the role of innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable tourism in supporting economic and social development and enhancing opportunities for sustainable growth.

Professor Aqeel Hamza Habib will participate as a keynote speaker, delivering a scientific lecture entitled “Customer Expectations, Satisfaction, and Purchasing Behavior in Digitally Transforming Tourism Services.” The lecture examines the impact of modern technologies and digital transformation on shaping consumer expectations, satisfaction levels, and purchasing behavior within the tourism and hospitality sectors.

His appointment to the Scientific Committee also reflects recognition of his distinguished research contributions in the fields of accounting, sustainability, and corporate governance, as well as his active academic engagement and participation in international conferences and scientific journals.
