The College of Administration and Economics discusses (the role of incentives in enhancing job performance)

 In the College of Administration and Economics, University of Kufa, a research was discussed in the higher diploma for the student Yousef Mohammed Hussein, tagged with (The role of incentives in enhancing job performance, an analytical study to a sample of employees of the office of Najaf province). The research aims to shed light on the incentive system in the office of Najaf Governorate and its role in promoting the job performance of the state employees. The research recommended the nessissty to increase attention to financial and moral incentives in the institution as well as work to involve subordinates in decision-making, and work to involve employees who are skilled and competent in training sessions out of the loop.
